Toshiba Europe GmbH has a full portfolio of HD camcorders on offer, both in so-called palm-held form as well as in a pistol-grip design. All models provide HD resolution, a handy, small design, online content sharing functionality and overall ease-of-use at a highly attractive price.

The latest additions to the Camileo range, such as the Camileo H30 and the Camileo X100, come with a stunning 10 megapixels resolution, which make them ideal still picture cameras as well. The Camileo S20, at only 17 mm thick, is one of the slimmest full HD camcorders in the world and comes in seven different stylish colours.

“The way people use a camcorder for producing home videos has dramatically changed during the past few years”, points out Marco Perino, General Manager EMEA Toshiba Digital Products and Services (DPS). “Today, consumers want small, pocket-sized video cameras for instantly capturing those special moments. They prefer camcorders that are easy to use, without having to compromise on image quality. Besides, many home videos are shared on the internet, on popular websites such as YouTube. Toshiba has quickly responded to these changing demands. We were one of the first in the market offering a broad range of practical and highly affordable small-sized HD camcorders. As extra feature, these products are equipped with a direct YouTube upload functionality.”
