The new stores will be opening in San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Palo Alto, and they are poised to become the largest stores in Bang & Olufsen’s global retail portfolio.
The flagship store in San Francisco’s Union Square will make a striking debut as the world’s largest Bang & Olufsen outlet, spanning an impressive 5,100 square feet across two levels. This will be followed by the launch of a 4,000-square-foot store in West Hollywood and a 3,200-square-foot store in the Stanford Shopping Center located in Palo Alto. These new retail spaces are designed to provide customers with an immersive experience, showcasing Bang & Olufsen’s extensive range of luxury speakers and televisions through carefully curated displays that reflect sophisticated home environments.
Beyond product showcases, the stores aim to serve as cultural hubs within their communities. Each location will feature a calendar of events, including live performances from local artists, vinyl listening nights, film screenings, and discussion series, fostering greater community interaction. Enhancements in-store will include dedicated listening zones, coffee bars, customization stations, and an artist-in-residence program.
Notably, each store will include a VIP media suite, providing a private experience for clients seeking an elevated level of privacy while they explore the products. Through this strategic expansion, ASBIS and Bang & Olufsen are not only elevating the brand’s presence in the competitive retail market but also redefining the luxury shopping experience in the United States.
“As we continue to expand our partnership with Bang & Olufsen, we are excited to bring their exceptional products to a wider audience in the United States. Our new stores in California are designed not just as retail spaces, but as community hubs where customers can experience the luxury and craftsmanship of Bang & Olufsen in an immersive environment. We believe that this initiative will redefine the customer experience and strengthen our commitment to delivering unparalleled quality in every interaction,” says Serhei Kostevitch, CEO of ASBIS Group.
